2. Application:
   • Apply to clean, dry, unbroken skin on the inner forearm. If needed, the inner thigh can be used.
   • Hold the container upright and press the pump firmly to release one spray.
   • If multiple sprays are prescribed, apply each to a different, non-overlapping area.
   • Allow the spray to dry for at least 2 minutes before dressing.
   • Avoid washing the application area or applying other products for at least 60 minutes.

• Avoid applying sunscreen to the area within one hour before or after using Lenzetto.
• Prevent skin-to-skin contact with others, especially children and pets, for at least 60 minutes after application.

As with all forms of HRT, side effects can occur, especially in the first few weeks as your body adjusts to the hormones.

Common side effects may include:

• Breast tenderness or swelling
• Headaches
• Nausea or bloating
• Mild skin irritation at the application site
• Mood changes

These usually settle within a few weeks. If they persist, a dose adjustment or alternative formulation may help.

Less common side effects may include:

• Fluid retention
• Leg cramps
• Changes in libido
• Mild abdominal discomfort
• Vaginal discharge or spotting (especially if you have a womb and are not taking enough progestogen)

Weight changes? There’s no strong evidence that Lenzetto causes weight gain. Some women may experience fluid retention, but this is usually temporary and often related to hormonal shifts during menopause itself.
