Purchase your kit
What to expect when you order the start testosterone blood test
Take your sample and return your kit
Your test kit includes everything you need, with clear written instructions and a short video to guide you through the process. You’ll use a Tasso device, which is placed on your upper arm to collect your blood sample safely and easily.
For the start testosterone blood test, you’ll take one sample. Once you’ve finished, pack your kit following the instructions, seal it in the prepaid envelope, and post it back via a Royal Mail post box.
We’ll process your results within 2–3 days of receiving your sample. Our care team is always available if you need support at any point.
Complete your online assessment form
In your online patient account, you will find a free testosterone assessment form. You need to complete this, so that we can assess your suitability to start testosterone once we have your blood test results. If it's safe to prescribe, we will issue you a prescription so that you can quickly start testosterone.
Attend your complimentary appointment, if needed
Our clinical team will review your results and assessment form and if there is something in your health history which needs a discussion, you will be able to book into a specialist appointment at not extra cost. They will talk you through what we offer and how we can help.
Receive your results and clinician letter
Your detailed results will be available to you in your patient account, even if you need to attend an appointment. We give detailed insight on your results and what they mean for you which you can access at any time. If you attend an appointment or decide to start a plan, a clinical letter will be shared with you. You can then share this information with you GP, if you would like to.
