Why is vaginal treatment used?
Levels of oestrogen in the body naturally reduce after menopause. This can affect vaginal tissue and mean it receives less blood flow, making it thinner and drier. In turn, this can cause discomfort and irritation as well as making sex feel painful.
Vaginal oestrogen treatment helps restore vaginal tissue to make it thicker, more elastic and more hydrated. This type of treatment can also help improve blood flow, supporting tissue repair and natural moisture.
We offer a range of vaginal treatments
What symptoms can vaginal treatments help with?
Vaginal treatments work locally to relieve the feeling of vaginal discomfort and can help reduce the chances of you getting a urine infection.

Your treatment plan timeline
Book your first appointment £99 (RRP usually £145)
Your care begins with a single appointment. This appointment will take place online at a time that suits your schedule, with our next available clinician. Your first appointment is £99 (RRP usually £145) and this cost is separate to the cost of your plan.

Choose your plan and medication
After your appointment, the plan you made with your clinician will be emailed to you. Vaginal oestrogen is offered as an add-on to other treatment plans. It is usually prescribed alongside HRT, testosterone or CBT plans. Once you are happy with your plan you can then select your medication choice.
Our Vaginal Oestrogen plan range from £15-£32 per month depending on medication choice.
Here are the options we offer:
- Blissel gel (£15 per month)
- Estriol cream (£15 per month)
- Vagirux pessaries (£15 per month)
- DHEA pessaries (£32 per month)

Starting treatment
If you choose to start treatment after your appointment, you will pay for it through your patient portal, and we will deliver discreetly for free, within 48 business hours.

Ongoing monitoring and review
You can do a monitoring blood test at home towards the end of your plan. This step is optional but included in your monthly plan cost.
You’ll then have a 30-minute review at the end of month of your plan to discuss your test results, adjust your plan if needed and talk through how you’re feeling.
You can then choose whether to restart your care. Your plan does not auto-renew when your 3-month cycle is over, the choice to continue is entirely yours.
