Yes. You can switch to Voy at any time. Just complete our online assessment and let us know your current treatment and dose. Depending on your history, you may be able to continue at your current dose rather than starting again. Our clinical team will review everything and make sure your transition is smooth.

You can cancel your plan at any time. If you're on a monthly plan, just cancel at least one day before your next order date.

If you're on a longer plan (3, 6, or 12 months), you can cancel without any fee during your final month. If you'd like to cancel earlier, an early cancellation fee may apply to reflect the discount you received on your plan. Our team will explain the details and confirm any costs before processing.

Wegovy (semaglutide) is MHRA approved and licensed in the UK for weight management. It has been through extensive clinical trials involving thousands of participants and is considered safe when used under medical supervision.

The most common side effects are mild to moderate stomach issues like nausea, loose stools or constipation. These tend to happen when starting treatment or increasing your dose, and usually settle on their own as your body adjusts.

Side effects can occur with Wegovy, but they vary from person to person. Most are mild and temporary, fading within a few weeks as your body gets used to the medication.

At Voy, we may consider prescribing Wegovy from BMI 25 if our clinical team determines the benefits outweigh the risks for your individual circumstances. This is known as off-label prescribing. It's a well-established and legal practice used across UK healthcare, including within the NHS.

Research shows that carrying extra weight can start to affect your health from a BMI of 25, which is why Voy aims to help people take action sooner.

So if your BMI is 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 or above, you may be eligible for Wegovy through Voy after a full clinical assessment. Not sure of your BMI? Check it with our BMI calculator.

Wegovy starts working within hours of your first injection, but it takes a few weeks before you'll notice real changes.

In the first few weeks on the starting dose (0.25mg), some people notice reduced appetite or fewer cravings, while others don't feel much yet. This is normal. Wegovy uses a gradual dose increase, and appetite suppression becomes more noticeable as your dose goes up.

Your Voy clinical team will help you find the right pace for increasing your dose based on how you're responding and any side effects you're experiencing.

Wegovy can improve fertility, particularly in women with PCOS, as weight loss and improved insulin sensitivity can help regulate menstrual cycles.

However, Wegovy is not safe to take during pregnancy or while trying to conceive. You should stop taking it at least two months before trying to get pregnant to allow the medication to clear your system.

You'll need to use reliable contraception while taking Wegovy to prevent unplanned pregnancy during treatment.
