Helen Henderson

Helen is passionate about building and scaling clinical services that embed innovation, quality care and clinical safety at their core. With a career spanning the NHS, femtech and digital health, she has consistently kept the bigger picture in view - thinking not just about individual patients, but about the populations they belong to.

That interest in health at scale led her back to university to study public health and health economics, shaping a career defined by a belief that great clinical services should be both evidence-based and accessible to all.

Helen spent a decade working across the NHS - beginning as a hospital pharmacist before broadening her practice into primary, integrated and urgent care settings. She went on to work in femtech, focusing on menopause, before joining Voy — bringing with her a rare breadth of experience that spans the front line of patient care and the strategic design of clinical services.
