Katy Jackson is an experienced healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience across the NHS and private healthcare sector. Originally trained as a pharmacist, she has built a distinguished career leading and developing high-quality clinical services across a range of organisations. Katy has held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Pharmacist, and most recently Chief Clinical Officer for the UK’s largest menopause service.
Throughout her career, she has combined strong operational leadership with a commitment to delivering safe, accessible, and patient-centred care. She has extensive experience scaling healthcare services, leading multidisciplinary clinical teams, and implementing innovative models of care that improve outcomes and patient experience.

Katy brings deep clinical expertise, underpinned by her background as a pharmacist and her extensive leadership of complex healthcare services. She has significant experience in clinical governance, service design, and ensuring the safe delivery of high-quality care across both digital and traditional healthcare settings.
She has a particular focus on women’s health and menopause care, with a strong understanding of the clinical, practical, and lived experiences that shape women’s health needs. Through her work, she has helped develop services that improve access to evidence-based care and empower women to take control of their health and wellbeing. Her combined clinical knowledge, leadership experience, and personal insight allow her to advocate for healthcare services that truly reflect what women want and need.
