Associate - Strategy & Operations (Growth)

Voy is a healthcare platform led by clinicians. We support people managing long-term health conditions with treatment plans backed by real evidence.

Founded in 2018, we started as MANUAL, focusing on hair loss, weight loss and men’s health. As we grew, we realised we could help more people. In 2025, we became Voy and expanded into more areas of health, including female hair loss, testosterone, menopause, dermatology and diagnostics with Do Health.

Today, Voy has around 750,000 active customers and has treated more than 2 million people since we began. We work across the UK, Germany, Brazil and India to make a new future of healthcare a reality. We’re approaching $1bn in ARR and have grown more than 100% year on year, every year since inception. At Voy, we let the evidence do the talking. In a published study of over 100,000 people, those who reached 12 months in the Voy programme and stayed engaged lost up to 24% of their body weight.

Our vision is simple: to make 100 years of healthy living within reach for everybody. Our mission is to bring quality care to everyone, at scale.

The Opportunity

Voy is a leading preventive healthcare platform for men and women, with core clinical pathways across weight management, hormone treatments, dermatology and mental health. We’re scaling rapidly, with $675m in annualised revenue, growing approximately 130% year-on-year, and operating across the UK, Brazil, Germany and India.

You’ll join our lean, high-performing Strategic Finance (Growth) team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Finance (Growth). Working closely with leaders across Commercial and Growth initially, with broad exposure across the business, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Voy allocates capital, scales customer acquisition and drives profitable growth. This is an opportunity to combine rigorous financial analysis with strategic problem-solving, directly influencing commercial decisions as we expand into new markets and clinical pathways. We’re office-first, based in Borough, with a minimum of three days a week in the office.

What you’ll do

  • Own LTV/CAC analysis across clinical pathways and geographies, building the analytical foundation that informs acquisition investment decisions.
  • Partner with the Growth team to evaluate, allocate and optimise paid media investment, developing robust frameworks to assess channel performance, marginal returns and overall spend efficiency.
  • Build and stress-test business cases for strategic investments, from entering new geographies to launching clinical pathways, translating commercial, financial and operational inputs into clear go/no-go recommendations.
  • Drive capital allocation decisions across the P&L, identifying where to increase investment and where to pull back to maximise profitable growth.
  • Lead commercial performance analysis, identifying key growth and margin levers across acquisition, conversion, retention and cross-sell, and partnering with business leaders to turn insights into action.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, owning revenue and contribution margin forecasting by segment and translating targets into actionable growth plans.

Who you are

  • You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial judgement, connecting financial performance to strategic business decisions.
  • You have advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable commercial insights.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting or a similar role within a growth-stage technology company.
  • You build effective relationships across an organisation and can confidently challenge stakeholders to drive better outcomes.
  • You have a relentless, output-focused mindset, cutting through complexity with disciplined pragmatism and a focus on delivering results.
  • You’re proactive and self-driven, taking ownership of problems and independently identifying opportunities to create value.
  • You communicate and present complex ideas clearly, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, navigating ambiguity and delivering high-quality work at speed.
