Founded in 2018, we started as MANUAL, focusing on hair loss, weight loss and men’s health. As we grew, we realised we could help more people. In 2025, we became Voy and expanded into more areas of health, including female hair loss, testosterone, menopause, dermatology and diagnostics with Do Health.
Today, Voy has around 750,000 active customers and has treated more than 2 million people since we began. We work across the UK, Germany, Brazil and India to make a new future of healthcare a reality. We’re approaching $1bn in ARR and have grown more than 100% year on year, every year since inception. Sales – Role Overview
As part of the founding team of Voy India, you will own the journey from lead to patient. You will engage with inbound leads, understand their health goals, address questions on pricing, safety and outcomes with clarity and care, and onboard them into our clinical program. You will work closely with our doctors, growth and product teams, and help build the playbooks and processes for a fast-growing sales team.
What we’re looking for
• Prior experience in sales or inside sales, preferably in healthtech, wellness, insurance or consumer subscriptions
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding conversion and revenue targets.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with empathy and confidence
• Comfort working with CRMs and performance metrics
• High integrity and a patient-first approach
