Optimale started in 2017 because two brothers with testosterone deficiency couldn't get the treatment they needed on the NHS. They built something that worked: affordable, accessible TRT for men the NHS had turned away, with proper clinical oversight at every stage.
Since then, Optimale has helped thousands of men across the UK get diagnosed and treated for low testosterone. That work continues, now as part of Voy.
