With Voy's TRT Money Back Promise, customers whose testosterone levels remain below the target range at both their 6-month monitoring blood test (and who satisfy the Terms and Conditions below) will be entitled to a full refund of their TRT treatment plan cost for the 6-month period.
Eligibility Criteria
- You must use any prescribed medication in accordance with your Treatment Plan and/or Voy clinician instructions* for the full 180-day Guarantee Period.
- You must not have used any testosterone replacement therapy, anabolic steroids, or other testosterone-boosting prescription medication (including, but not limited to, testosterone gels, injections, or SARMs) in the 12 months prior to starting treatment with Voy.
- You must complete your month 6 monitoring blood tests (MBT) through Voy, and both results must show:
- Free testosterone (FT) below 0.35 nmol/L; and
- Total testosterone (TT) below 15 nmol/L
- You must attend your scheduled Month 6 clinical consultation with a Voy clinician.
- The Money Back Promise applies for 180 calendar days from the date your first shipment is delivered.
- To make a claim, you must submit a refund request between Day 180 and Day 210 after your first shipment was delivered, including:
- Your order number
- Confirmation that you attended your Month 6 consultation
- The request must be sent to the designated refund email address (help@joinvoy.com)
Refund requests will not be accepted until 180 days have passed since the first shipment delivery date. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used to make the original purchase.Limit one refund per customer. Refunds cover the total cost of your TRT treatment plan paid during the 6-month Guarantee Period only. Refunds do not include the cost of your Month 3 and Month 6 blood tests (BT1 and BT2), clinical consultations, or any additional items purchased.
If you disclosed prior testosterone therapy or anabolic steroid use at the time of enrolment and Voy accepted your enrolment and processed payment, you understand that this excludes you from eligibility for the Money Back Promise. This also applies to returning Voy customers who had an interruption of more than 28 days in their treatment with Voy.
*You can remain on the same dosage if this has been approved by the clinicians.
