1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Menwell Limited (“Voy” or “the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Voy Black Friday Giveaway (the “Promotion”) opens at 00:00 on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 29 November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
2.2 Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of Voy and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Participants automatically enter the Promotion by purchasing and signing up to any Voy Weight Loss plan during the Promotion Period using the applicable checkout flow. Open to new and existing customers.
3.5 Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry into the Promotion.
4. The Prize
4.1 There will be four (4) winners in total (one winner per week in November).
4.2 The draw periods will be: 2–8, 9–15, 16–22 and 23–29 November 2026.
4.3 Each winner will receive a £1,000 voucher for use at either John Lewis or Selfridges, at the winner’s choice (the “Prize”).
4.4 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
5.2 Winners will be selected, announced and first contacted within 14 days of sign up to our weight loss service.
5.3 Voy will attempt to contact winners using the contact details provided (including email and phone) for a period of 72 hours from the first contact attempt.
5.4 If a winner does not respond within this 72-hour period, Voy reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
5.6 Entries are void if the plan is cancelled or refunded before the winner is selected.
6. General
6.1 Voy reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.2 By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision in relation to the Promotion is final.
6.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
6.5 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Voy’s Privacy Notice.
