Meet Dr. Tessa

Helping women navigate menopause with expert advice, compassion and confidence.

About

I’m a practising NHS GP and Menopause Specialist Doctor with a specialist interest in women’s health and menopause care. I’m passionate about helping women understand their symptoms and treatment options, so they can make informed decisions and feel confident about their health. My warm and empathetic approach is personalised, practical and grounded in the latest clinical guidance.

Medical expertise

I’m a GP and hold the British Menopause Society's Advanced Certificate in the Principles and Practice of Menopause Care. I regularly see women with complex menopause presentations in clinic and provide evidence-based, individualised advice on treatment options. I’m also a LARC fitter, so I can counsel women on long-acting contraception, including its role alongside menopause care.
