Meet Dr. Grayson

With over 15 years of experience in General Practice and Women’s Health, I take a personalised and evidence-based approach to menopause care. Ensuring each woman is supported along her journey with a management plan that reflects her symptoms, medical history and supports long-term health.

About

I am a highly experienced General Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical practice with a dedicated focus on Women’s Health and Menopause care. Throughout my career, I have supported women through complex hormonal and gynaecological concerns, both in the NHS and specialist Women’s Health settings. My aim is to provide thoughtful individualised care that ensures women feel informed, supportive and confident in managing their health.

Medical expertise

My career has spanned roles within Gynaecology and Women’s Health. I have expansive experience in complex menopause management, including supporting women with coexisting health concerns and those who have previously had difficulties finding the right treatment regimen.

Get to know Rebekah

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my daughter exploring the Cornish coastline. I have a strong creative side, and I enjoy painting and embarking on new crafting projects. I love being outdoors running and walking the local trails which provide the perfect escape after a busy clinical day.
