About

My greatest joy is my miracle daughter - she brings meaning and perspective to everything I do. Alongside motherhood, I feel a deep sense of purpose in my work as a doctor. It’s a privilege to support and care for women at every stage of life, and I’m committed to helping them feel educated, empowered, and better. I have a huge passion for lifestyle medicine, which is reflected in how I live day to day. I value movement, especially long runs outdoors, and the clarity and balance they bring. I live by sea and would never be without sea air. I love good food shared with people I love. And I’m just trying to make every day count.

Medical expertise

I completed my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at UCL, graduating with a First and recognition on the Dean’s List. I went on to study Medicine at UCL, qualifying as a doctor in 2016. Since then, I have worked across both hospital and primary care settings within the NHS and the private sector. Over the past four years, I have developed a specialist focus in menopause care, working within a dedicated private menopause clinic. I am a British Menopause Society accredited menopause specialist, and have published in Post Reproductive Health on topics including functional hypothalamic amenorrhoea and eating disorders in the perimenopause. I am currently undertaking a diploma in lifestyle medicine with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, further supporting my holistic, evidence-based approach to women’s health.

Get to know Hannah

I'm incredibly passionate about my work, I love reading everything there is out there on hormones and lifestyle medicine, and it truly does gives me a real sense of purpose, but, my greatest achievement will always be my miracle daughter. So, when I'm not in clinic, i'll be filling my days making memories with her. And, if I can find any more time between the two you'll find my exercising. Running is my therapy, but I also love training in the gym and fitting in some weekly yoga sessions too.
