Testosterone service

Request a testosterone prescription from our clinical team today

Complete a short questionnaire to assess whether you are eligible for treatment. A doctor reviews this information, and prescribes if it is safe to do so. If we have further questions before prescribing, or you need an in-depth appointment, we will get in touch by email to let you know.

How our testosterone service works

  • 1

    Complete a testosterone assessment

Complete a short questionnaire with your health information, and some critical documents we need for safe remote prescribing.

  • 2

    A doctor reviews your assessment

They will review your health assessment, and the documents provided and decide whether they can safely prescribe for you. If they can, we will get in touch regarding payment. If they can't, we will offer you a specialist appointment for an in-depth discussion.

  • 3

Pay for your medication and it arrives the next day

If our doctor can safely prescribe, we will send you the link to pay in your secure patient portal. Once you've paid, we will ship your medications and they should arrive 24 hours later.

What you need to request a prescription

In order to safely prescribe you medication, we need the following documents alongside your health information:

A blood test for testosterone taken in the last 3 months
A photo of your current HRT medication - so we know you are taking this already
A photo of a valid form of ID (passport or drivers license)
