More from Morelife

Programme structure

A 12-month pathway: a 12-week intensive phase, then monthly clinical sessions for the rest of the year. Group and one-to-one, in community clinics — not hospitals.

What's inside

Full clinical assessment (dietetic and psychological), nutrition and psychology sessions covering behaviour change, emotional eating and self-monitoring, a disordered eating wraparound where needed, and preparation for bariatric surgery where appropriate.

How it's delivered

Community venues plus the Morelife app. The pharmaceutical pathway runs with titration support, safety monitoring and clear escalation. GP referral against locally agreed criteria; self-referral where commissioned.

Who delivers it

The full MDT: physicians and endocrinology input, specialist dietitians, psychologists and weight management practitioners.

Through your GP. Take the eligibility criteria (on your region's page) to your appointment and ask for a referral to the Morelife Tier 3 service.

It can be. The pharmaceutical pathway includes GLP-1 medication prescribed and monitored alongside — never instead of — the behavioural programme.

The intensive phase builds the foundations; the monthly phase is where they become yours. Accountability continues — weights, check-ins and the app between sessions.

You're on a tracked list, prioritised clinically (see above). Keep your contact details up to date and use the interim support we signpost.

If it's right for you, we prepare you properly — the programme includes structured preparation and referral.

Tell your practitioner — the pathway can step back up where there's clinical need.

Maintenance support: the app, drop-ins, and check-ins. Weight management is a long game and we don't disappear at week 12.
