The benefits

  • Weight Loss: Wherever you are on your journey, we are there with you. Morelife runs an intensive 12-week programme which has a huge impact on long-term health outcomes. Our psychologically informed approach helps clients feel happier, more confident, improve their health and lose weight.
  • Mood Improvement: Our programmes are designed for more than simple weight loss. With specialist weight management practitioners, we support our clients to improve their overall well-being and take control of their lives. The ongoing support and steps that you take towards better health will have a positive effect on your mood.‍
  • Anxiety Reduction: By developing skills to change your behaviour and change your nutrition, alongside being more proactive in your weight management journey, many clients of ours report they have a significant reduction in their anxiety levels.

Where it’s delivered

‍

‍

Around 8–15 people, led by a practitioner. Supportive, practical and judgement-free — most people say the group is what keeps them coming back.

No. Share as much or as little as you like. Plenty of people mostly listen for the first few weeks.

No banned foods and no weigh-ins in front of anyone. We work on the habits and feelings that drive eating, not a meal plan to follow.

90 minutes, with an optional 30 minutes afterwards to talk things through.

It helps the group, but it's your choice.

Yes — what's shared in the group stays there, and your data is handled under NHS information governance standards.

Maintenance support: the app, drop-ins, and check-ins. Weight management is a long game and we don't disappear at week 12.
