Voy provides a premium personalised Hair Loss Treatment Service. We’re confident that our Hair Loss experts will find the right treatments to suit your lifestyle and support you on your hair growth journey. As long as you satisfy the terms and conditions described below, you can apply for a refund via the Money Back Promise.
To receive a refund, you must:
- Consistently engage with your treatment service for 180 days, using any treatment as directed by the Treatment Plan and/or Voy Clinician*
- You must submit at least 5 sets of hair** photos using the Hair Progress Tracking Tool in your Account page on the Manual website: Hair Loss Tracking —with intervals of at least 30 days between each upload.
- Submit a refund request to the email below along with your order number, between 180 and 210 days after your first shipment was delivered.Email: help@joinvoy.com
What happens next
Refund requests will not be accepted until 180 days have passed since the first shipment delivery date, or after 210 days have passed since the first shipment delivery date.
Refunds will be made to the payment method you used to make the original purchase.
Only the cost of the Hair Loss Treatment Service subscription will be refunded. Additional cosmetic and supplement items from your order are not eligible for a refund.
You will receive a refund for the Hair Loss Treatments Service subscription you have received at the point of the refund request.
* If you are experiencing side effects or have a question about how to use the treatment, Call 020 3912 9885 and press Option 3 to speak to a Hair Specialist (Treatment & side effects). You can also message a Voy Clinician via “Your Messages” on the Voy website.** The Hair Progress Tracking tool will guide you to take up to 3 photos each time photos are submitted.
