Voy’s 2025 Annual Outcomes Report brings together research conducted throughout 2025, including Voy’s published peer-reviewed studies and insights drawn from one of the UK’s largest private health datasets. Findings are informed by research collaborations with institutions such as Harvard University and Imperial College London, alongside contributions from recognised leaders in men’s and women’s health.
The report also outlines the core business and care foundations that enable Voy to deliver life-changing results at scale — combining truly personalised, continuous care with wrap-around clinical support and world-class operations.

Life-changing health outcomes extending beyond traditional benchmarks
Across every core care area, Voy members achieved outcomes that consistently exceeded traditional benchmarks. From an average 24% weight loss at 12 months, to 91% of members restoring healthy testosterone levels within two months, 92% seeing improvements in hair loss at one year, and 88% of women reporting improved hormonal balance within three months of menopause care, Voy’s outcomes consistently reflect clinically meaningful change. The report goes further to show how these improvements translated into tangible quality-of-life gains — including better energy, mood, confidence, and day-to-day wellbeing — demonstrating an impact that extends well beyond the traditional doctor’s office.
Breakthrough weight loss results in real-world care
Drawing on some of the largest real-world studies of their kind, including two with over 100,000 Voy members, the report details how Voy’s digital weight loss programme delivered industry-leading outcomes outside controlled trial environments. By pairing GLP-1 therapy with sustained digital engagement and clinician support, members not only achieved greater weight loss than clinical trial benchmarks, but were also more likely to stay on treatment and maintain progress over time.
A digital-plus-human model for personalisation at scale
At the core of these outcomes is Voy’s digital-plus-human care model, built on four foundational pillars: tailored treatment plans, intelligent behaviour change, accessible on-demand clinical support, and world-class operations. Together, these pillars enable Voy to deliver deeply personalised care while operating safely and efficiently at scale — proving that high-quality, human-centred healthcare can be both scalable and sustainable.
“This report showcases the work of the Voy teams who are redefining what modern healthcare can achieve. The outcomes demonstrate the power of a digital-plus-human model in delivering personalised care at scale, and shows what is possible when our patients are placed at the centre of every decision. The future of healthcare demands more than medication alone - long-term improvement requires comprehensive support to drive lasting health transformations.” Dr David Huang, Director of Clinical Innovation.
