Sustanon 250 is an injectable testosterone replacement therapy that blends four testosterone esters (propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate, and decanoate) in a single vial.

Each ester releases at a different rate — from a few days up to two or three weeks — which helps keep your testosterone levels steady for longer between doses.

It's given as an intramuscular injection into a large muscle, like the buttock or thigh, typically once or twice a week.

How to get started

Before we can prescribe any form of testosterone replacement therapy, we'll need a clear picture of your levels. That means two blood tests: an at-home finger-prick test to check your baseline, and a follow-up venous test to confirm your results. Once your results are in, you'll have a consultation with a TRT specialist to go through them together. They'll only recommend treatment if it's clinically right for you — and they'll tailor the plan to your levels, your symptoms and your lifestyle.

Why Voy

What is Sustanon 250?

Sustanon 250 is an injectable form of testosterone replacement therapy that combines four different testosterone esters in a single vial: testosterone propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate and decanoate. An 'ester' just means a different form/type of testosterone, and each is released at a different rate. The propionate within the first few days, the phenylpropionate and isocaproate over roughly a week, and the decanoate over two to three weeks.

The idea behind the four-ester blend is to give you steady testosterone levels for longer between doses, so you can inject less often while keeping your levels in the therapeutic range. Sustanon is given as an intramuscular injection (into a large muscle like the buttock or thigh), typically twice a week, but it can be given just once a week.
