Can your doctors and nurses help with all the symptoms of menopause?

Yes, our clinical team have experience in supporting women with all the symptoms of menopause. Every clinician has completed additional training with the British Menopause Society on hormonal symptoms. They are well trained to support you.

Can your doctors and nurses help me if I have had serious health conditions in the past like cancer?

Yes, our clinical team are experienced in supporting women with complex health histories. We also offer solutions which are safe to start if you have had cancer before. Your expert clinician will always make a plan which is safe for your unique health history.

Can your doctors and nurses help me if I have conditions like ADHD, PMS and PMDD?

Yes, our clinical team are experienced in supporting women with hormonal conditions like PMS and PMDD. You can choose a doctor who has experience in your specific need area. You can read more about each of our clinicians here.

Do you collect my health history before the appointment?

Yes, we ask you to complete a detailed health questionnaire before your appointment. This is a very important part of us being able to provide safe, effective and data driven care. When you book an appointment, you will receive an email asking you to complete your pre-appointment questionnaire.

Do you contact my NHS GP?

After your appointment, you receive a detailed clinical letter. You can choose whether you want to share this with your NHS GP. We would always recommend that you do. However, we do leave the choice up to you. You receive your clinical letter after your appointment, which details everything that was discussed.

How do the plans work, and how much do they cost?

The all in one plan costs £99 per month. This includes 3 months of your chosen treatment(HRT/Testosterone/CBT), unlimited access to your expert for checki-ins when you need them, and access to our care team on WhatsApp Mon-Fri 9-6pm. What treatments do you offer?

What are your safety procedures around prescribing?

Our clinicians prescribe based on clinical guidelines and expertise. Our service regulated by the Care Quality Commission, meaning that we must have robust internal prescribing policies and audit that our doctors follow these guidelines. In addition to this, our pharmacy follows GPHC guidelines on safe prescribing and dispensing.
